Hi, I'm Anna.

I'm a millennial, Midwestern married mother of four who works as a librarian by day and writes her heart out by night. I chalk it up to my librarian-ness that I'm interested in a wide array of subjects, but most of all, I'm interested in love, sex, relationships, life, spirituality, mortality, and this crazy idea of "the self."

You could say that I write about the essence of life.

I like writing about the things that have significantly shaped who I am today. I tried to cram it all into a book (Pretty Kinky for a Love Story), but books can only be so long, and they need to end somewhere. My writing journey continues here on Medium for now, going deeper and wider into the topics that inspire me to live my best life. More specifically, this includes:

*my stellar relationship with my soulmate, best friend, & life partner (Jack)

*my struggles with mental health, shame, & mortality

*my journey into polyamory and where that took my marriage
